Privacy policy

This Policy in the field of processing of personal data and confidentiality of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that "RICH WINNER" OK and/or its affiliates may receive about the user while using any of the sites, services, programs and products of "RICH WINNER" OK (hereinafter referred to as the Services), as well as during the execution of "RICH WINNER" OK and its affiliates of any agreements and contracts concluded with the user in connection with the use of the Services. The user's consent to provide personal data (personal information), given by him in accordance with this Policy within the framework of relations with one of the persons included in the group of persons "RICH WINNER" OK, applies to all persons included in this group of persons.

1. Personal information of users that is received and processed by "RICH WINNER" OK.

"RICH WINNER" OK does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the user can access through links available in the "RICH WINNER" OK Services. On such sites, other personal information may be collected or requested from the user, and other actions may be taken.

3.2.3. The transfer is provided for by applicable law within the framework of the procedure established by law;
3.2.4. Such a transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), and all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him are transferred to the acquirer;
3.2.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of "RICH WINNER" OK or third parties in cases where the user violates the Terms of the public offer of "RICH WINNER" OK.

4. User's change of personal information

4.1 The user has the right to make changes by calling the hotel phone number or writing to the hotel email.

5. Measures taken to protect users’ personal information:

5.1. "RICH WINNER" OK takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties with it.

6.1."RICH WINNER" OK has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The current edition is always located and available on the page.
6.2. This Policy and the relationship between the user and "RICH WINNER" OK arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6.3. When processing personal data of users of "RICH WINNER" OK, the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” is subject to application.
